What's Your Account?
Whenever a customer makes any purchase at Firstandsecond.com, an account is created for him. Here the details of all his orders are stored. The customer can access his account using his e-mail id and password and view his orders and their details.

How can I view my orders?
You can view your orders by visiting Your Account. On identifying yourself with your e-mail address and password, you can view all your orders and their status. For unshipped orders, you can review your shipping address, payment method and item availability. 
For orders that have already been shipped, you can also view the shipping date and method, an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number (if applicable).

Can I view the items I ordered?
Yes! When you access your account you are given the options to view all the items you have ever bought at Firstandsecond.com.

Can I edit my Shipping and Billing Information?
You may change your preferred shipping and billing settings. Which means you can alter your preferred shipping and billing address.  From Your Account, follow the link that allows you to edit your shipping and billing settings.

Can I change my E-Mail Address, or Password?
If you wish to change your email id, you can do so by mailing us from your old email account, explaining your reason for changing and giving us your new email id. Incase you cannot access your old email account, you will need to give us some concrete form of evidence, (eg. the answer to your secret question), so we can verify your identity. Incase you are not able to do either, you will need to open a new account with your new e-mail ID.
