much will a Firstandsecond franchise cost?
Typically, a new bookstore’s cost will range from Rs 10 to 12
Lakhs. The size of the bookstore facility, area of the country,
pre-opening expenses, inventory, computers, signage, and style of
decor and landscaping will affect the cost of an individual store.
These are costs which will be paid directly to suppliers. In
addition, at the time of opening, a franchise fee and a royalty every year.
Will
Firstandsecond finance any part of the cost of the franchise?
No. Firstandsecond does not provide any part of the financing. Any
additional investment may be financed through a bank.
What
is the availability of opportunities in my city?
The availability of
franchises in specific geographic areas in India or Internationally,
for which you may have an interest, will have to be discussed on an
individual basis with Firstandsecond’s Retail Partnering
personnel.
How
much money will I make?
Profitability depends on a number of factors, including
sales, location, occupancy and operating costs and the ability of
the partner to manage and control the business. Questions related to
profit and loss will be discussed during a later stage of the
selection process.
